GET YOUR SAMPLE
The safest way to take a hair sample is to ask someone else to help you. The test is completed on the composition of the hair sample so hair colouring will have no effect on the result.
The hair sample does not have to be from the head; we can test hair from any part of the body including leg, arm or chest if your hair is very short. You only need to send us a small amount of hair - 3-4 individual hairs - but we do recommend a 'small pinch' of your hair that's about 1 inch in length for good measure!

Please make sure your sample is secured in a small bag, plastic wallet or envelope.
